How to use
The same seven steps as the printed guide in the box.
1Pull out the counting tray.

Place pills in the matching tray sections.
Morning, Noon and Evening each have their own section.
3Align the daily pill box with the tray.
Slide it in so MORN sits under Morning.

Count and transfer the pills with the spoon.
Guide each dose from the tray straight into the pill box.
5Repeat for the remaining days.
Fill all seven daily boxes, Monday to Sunday.
6Repeat for each medication.
Count one medication at a time to avoid mix-ups.

7Place the filled pill boxes in the stand, red side up.
MONRed side up – filled, still to take.
MONGreen side up – that day is done. Return the empty box to the stand green side up.

Questions and answers
How does the counting tray work?
Pull the tray out, pour one medication into the Morning, Noon and Evening sections, then slide a daily pill box under the tray with MORN under Morning. Use the spoon to move each dose into its compartment.
Do I need to touch the pills?
No. The included spoon moves pills from the tray into the pill box, so your hands stay off your medication.
How do I know which days I have already taken?
Put filled boxes in the stand red side up. When a day is finished, return the empty box green side up. One look shows which days are left.
Can I use it for more than one medication?
Yes. Fill the week with one medication, then repeat the steps for the next one. Counting one at a time prevents mix-ups.
